This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Barbados.
• Designing and executing both organic and paid social media strategies that are in line with overall marketing objectives.
• Developing and overseeing budgets for paid social media advertising, encompassing campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Strategizing and preparing monthly organic content calendars, which includes writing post copy, designing images/GIFs/videos, and scheduling posts.
• Generating and presenting detailed and actionable reports on campaign and organic performance as well as return on investment (ROI).
• Performing market research and evaluating competitor strategies to remain updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Engaging in client-facing calls and addressing email communications promptly.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
• At least 2+ years of pertinent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing paid social media campaigns, with a proven history of meeting goals and producing results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a background in using data to shape strategy and achieve outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at Brafton.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with experience in managing multiple clients at once.
• Familiarity with social networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and others.
