This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and refine engaging social media content for homebuilder clients across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Edit both short-form and long-form videos for social media distribution.
• Design visually appealing graphics and social media posts in alignment with brand guidelines and provided assets.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and posting schedules for a diverse range of clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide reports on successful strategies, making adjustments as needed.
• Manage the collection of assets and facilitate communication with builder clients.
• Assist with Do You Convert’s own organic social media presence as required.
• Background in new home marketing is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Demonstrated video editing capabilities for short-form social media content.
• Proficient in the use of video editing software.
• Competence in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar applications.
• Strong copywriting abilities, with adaptability in tone and voice for various brands.
• Comfortable analyzing and interpreting social media analytics to inform decisions.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple clients at once.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
