• Develop captivating, brand-aligned content that highlights our customers, capabilities, and company culture.

• Oversee our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, while aiding in the launch of our TikTok channel.

• Assist in the implementation of our editorial calendar and marketing campaigns.

• Direct Twilio’s employee advocacy initiative, empowering our global and regional teams to share relevant content.

• Actively engage and nurture our community of technical developers, consumers, and business decision-makers on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with essential company stakeholders to establish objectives for campaigns, product launches, events, and other cross-company projects.

• Contribute to Twilio’s mission of creating the world’s premier customer engagement platform by demonstrating its potential.

• Generate intriguing and engaging content tailored for our senior executives.

• Conduct analyses and leverage data to demonstrate the growth of our initiatives and the effectiveness of our strategies.

• Continuously experiment and test innovative tactics to attract new audiences.

• Work alongside our Employee Brand team to share the stories of Twilions with external audiences.

• Possesses experience in managing brand social media accounts.

• Capable of articulating complex thoughts or ideas succinctly in 100 characters or less.

• Thinks creatively and presents ideas in a clear manner.

• Highly organized and enthusiastic about taking projects and leading them.

• Utilizes data to narrate a compelling story and has demonstrated success on social platforms.

• Familiarity with social media management tools, including Sprout Social, Canva, Figma, and EveryoneSocial.
