This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

• Produce engaging edits featuring strong hooks, smooth pacing, captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics.

• Stay updated on current social media trends and apply them as needed.

• Incorporate B-roll, animations, zooms, and visual effects to enhance viewer retention.

• Optimize videos according to best practices for each platform.

• Deliver top-notch edits within the agreed timelines.

• Collaborate with our content team to continuously enhance video performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in editing short-form social media content.

• A strong portfolio that showcases high-quality Reels or viral-style short videos is essential.

• Excellent understanding of viewer retention, storytelling, pacing, and attention-grabbing editing techniques.

• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software.

• Experience in creating animated captions, motion graphics, and captivating visual effects.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

• Strong communication skills in English.
