Social Media Manager – ESN & More Nutrition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and evaluating our social media initiatives across all pertinent platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for the French market.

• You will develop innovative and engaging content that embodies the brand identity of ESN and More, resonating with our target audience in France.

• You will collaborate closely with the international team and local partners to ensure that our social media endeavors align with the overall brand strategy.

• You will assess the performance of our social media campaigns and extract actionable insights to enhance reach and engagement.

• You will guarantee that our brand messaging is consistent across all social channels while keeping our audience engaged with new content and campaigns.

• You will cultivate and expand our accounts for the French and French-speaking Swiss markets, fostering community interaction.

• You will proactively identify digital trends and viral formats.

• You will attend local events and content creator houses in France to capture authentic on-location content.

• You will work in close collaboration with our headquarters team to ensure alignment in international brand messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

• You have over 1 year of experience in social media marketing and have successfully overseen social media campaigns for brands (preferably within the FMCG or sports nutrition sectors).

• You have a thorough understanding of essential social media platforms and tools, and you are adept at creating content that appeals to diverse audiences.

• You are proficient in analyzing social media data and leveraging insights to continuously refine your strategies.

• You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments and is familiar with the nuances of the French market.

• You are a native French speaker, possess strong German language skills, and have a good command of English.
