This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Providing customer support through various social media platforms;
β’ Cultivating a professional demeanor when engaging with customers and delivering services;
β’ Enhancing copywriting skills tailored for social media use;
β’ Preparing to manage the daily operations of a digital intelligence agency and addressing crisis situations;
β’ Compiling strategic reports.
β’ This position is exclusively available to individuals with disabilities (PWD); applicants must possess a CID (medical diagnosis code) in accordance with Law No. 8.213/91, which defines Persons with Disabilities, along with a current medical report;
β’ Students in their 2nd to 6th semester enrolled in Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or other related communication disciplines;
β’ Must be available to intern for 6 hours daily;
β’ A reliable home office setup is required.
β’ Meal credit of BRL 100.00, applicable for meals (meal or food allowance);
