Social Media Designer – Graphics/Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality static graphics, motion design, and short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Video, and others.

• Adapt content to suit the audience and format of each platform.

• Collaborate with the Social Media, Promo, and CRM teams on multi-channel campaign initiatives.

• Uphold a consistent and engaging brand identity.

• Utilize AI image and video generation tools to enhance creative output and explore visual opportunities.

• Evaluate the work of external agencies and provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Serve as a creative gatekeeper for maintaining brand standards.

• Stay updated on design trends, viral formats, and new tools emerging in the industry.

• Oversee workflow, revisions, and deadlines using project management software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record in graphic design, motion design, and video editing.

• A portfolio showcasing strong social-first creative work across various formats.

• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.

• A solid grasp of social media platforms, content specifications, algorithmic behaviors, and content performance metrics.

• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools like Freepik, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

• Relevant industry experience in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a similar entertainment or gaming sector.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.

• Experience collaborating with or reviewing the work of external creative agencies.

• Practical video editing skills, as specified in the application process.

• Experience in iGaming or related industries, as specified in the application process.

• A LinkedIn profile link is required.
