Social Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Centering the client experience in all your initiatives.

• Collaborating with contacts to ensure that social media post dependencies are addressed proactively and align with client expectations.

• Providing strategic social media insights on how to fulfill client requirements effectively.

• Organizing and assessing content across various social networks and YouTube channels.

• Partnering with Storm Ideas’ content production, copywriting, and captioning teams.

• Aiding in calendar management across client accounts.

• Investigating clients' shows/movies and performing regular account evaluations.

• Engaging in ongoing research on social media platform updates and developing strategies and tactics informed by the latest trends and features.

• Enhancing YouTube content with compelling thumbnails and copy.

• Supporting the establishment and documentation of internal processes.
