This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Manage a consistent content calendar by scheduling and posting organic content for Facebook and Instagram.
β’ Establish, oversee, and enhance Meta campaigns.
β’ Take charge of the technical setup and continuous performance monitoring within Ads Manager.
β’ Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and target audiences to evaluate performance and refine outcomes.
β’ Assist in crafting engaging captions, hashtags, and visuals using Canva while leveraging existing templates.
β’ Apply basic video editing skills to produce simple yet captivating multimedia content (Reels, Stories, or GIFs) for social feeds and advertisements.
β’ Configure email marketing campaigns and design high-converting landing pages.
β’ Write compelling copy for social media posts, emails, and various marketing materials tailored to the finance and automotive industries.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and creating Meta advertising campaigns through Ads Manager.
β’ Proven experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization; you possess the ability to interpret data to inform creative decisions.
β’ Proficient in Canva (or similar tools) and possess basic video editing/multimedia skills tailored for social-first content.
β’ Familiarity with email platforms (Brevo, Klaviyo) and landing page tools (GoHighLevel, Leadpages, or similar).
β’ Strong understanding of paid campaign metrics such as CTR, Engagement, Impressions, and Conversion Rate.
β’ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
