Social Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Produce and execute short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Capture and edit content primarily using your smartphone, along with Adobe Suite when required.

• Transform briefs into captivating and high-performing video content for clients.

• Infuse creative elements through effects, music, voice-overs, and transitions.

• Generate content ideas based on social trends and audience insights.

• Create content mock-ups and creative examples for strategic sessions and pitches.

• Continuously monitor trends, formats, and best practices across platforms.

• Establish standards for content quality.

• Guide junior team members and enhance the team's creative brainstorming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess natural confidence on camera, whether for presenting, acting, or adapting to trends.

• Capability to shoot and edit high-quality videos with your smartphone, demonstrating a strong sense of pacing and storytelling.

• Proficiency in mobile editing applications (such as CapCut, InShot, etc.) and basic Adobe tools (Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects is a plus).

• In-depth understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts, including the unique audience behaviors pertinent to each platform.

• Ability to foresee trends: sounds, effects, formats, and filters.
