This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conceptualize, produce, and oversee original social-first content (including photo, video, text, graphics, stories, reels, TikToks, etc.) customized for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Drive ideation and creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, ensuring they align with overall brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage the social content calendar and work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Keep up with cultural trends, memes, and platform updates to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and stays ahead of the competition.
• Analyze content performance and leverage insights to optimize and iterate swiftly.
• Oversee content production schedules, as well as freelance creators and vendors when necessary.
• Mentor and support junior team members or creators.
• 5+ years of experience in social content creation, ideally in a dynamic brand, agency, or media setting.
• A demonstrated portfolio of high-performing social content *(links or samples required)*.
• In-depth knowledge of platform best practices (particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts).
• Outstanding copywriting, visual storytelling, and editing capabilities.
• Proficient with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for digital culture, storytelling, and emerging media trends.
• Experience with influencer or UGC campaigns (preferred).
• Familiarity with paid social strategies and content performance analytics (preferred).
