SOC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Carefully review, validate, and enter a high volume of sales orders, change requests, and cancellations received from the Sales team or customers into the system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).

• Confirm all essential order components, including product codes, pricing, quantities, delivery dates, shipping instructions, and customer account information, ensuring they match the sales quote and adhere to company policies.

• Ensure all required contractual documentation, customer-specific terms, and internal approvals (e.g., credit checks, legal review) are included or referenced prior to finalizing the order.

• Actively communicate with the Sales team, Finance, and Inventory regarding any discrepancies identified in pricing, product availability, delivery schedules, or incomplete documentation to swiftly resolve issues and avert order delays.

• Preserve the accuracy of customer and order data within the ERP/CRM system, conducting regular audits and updates as necessary.

• Recognize bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the order creation process and propose solutions to standardize and enhance workflows for expedited processing.

• Assist in producing reports related to order volumes, processing durations, and frequent data errors to aid Sales Operations analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar quantitative discipline.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Order Management/Order Creation is necessary.

• Must be open to working night shift schedules (US hours) and during Philippine holidays.

• Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when office work resumes (currently temporary WFH).
