SmartCare Advisor – UKG Pro, WFM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner for clients following their go-live phase.

• Deliver continuous system support, optimization, and advisory services.

• Ensure deadlines are adhered to in order to meet important deliverables and client expectations.

• Set up and manage UKG WFM modules.

• Diagnose system issues and facilitate resolution through appropriate triage and escalation.

• Evaluate system performance, data integrity, and process flows.

• Conduct regular client interactions to pinpoint gaps, risks, and opportunities.

• Lead consultative discussions regarding workforce processes.

• Convert business requirements into system configurations and solutions.

• Assist in testing activities, including the validation of configuration changes.

• Leverage reporting and analytics to offer insights and recommendations.

• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.

• Create materials intended for client-facing interactions.

• Keep abreast of UKG releases and product enhancements.

• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, process enhancements, and team development.

• Engage in client sessions such as business reviews and learning sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM).

• Demonstrated experience across essential WFM modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence Management.

• UKG WFM Certification (mandatory).

• Experience in supporting 10–15+ implementations or client engagements.

• Strong knowledge of system configuration, data views, and testing methodologies.

• Experience with integrations and reporting/analytics.

• Significant client-facing experience with the capability to lead discussions independently.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce processes.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
