Smart Building Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver insights for facilities management driven by data, utilizing the Smart Building Platform and SkySpark.

• Examine mechanical system documentation from clients and provide valuable insights.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the integration of building management systems.

• Assess the outputs of the Smart Building Platform and rectify any discrepancies.

• Create new analytics and document processes for team implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field).

• Over 3 years of practical experience with SkySpark Analytics.

• More than 2 years of experience in facilities energy management.

• Familiarity with sustainability and energy principles and concepts.

• Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
