This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Collaborate with Retail Branch teams to attract, grow, and retain business clients with cash management requirements.
• Assess prospect and client needs while engaging in various facets of client management.
• Work alongside Retail Branch teams to provide education on the suite of cash management products.
• Assist Retail in recognizing and strategizing cash management opportunities.
• Draft Cash Management proposals and pinpoint referral opportunities to other business lines.
• Address client inquiries to ensure smooth and precise client setups.
• Achieve and surpass individual production targets while contributing to the overall success of the team’s sales.
• Adhere to all KeyBank policies and procedures.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-focused environment with ambitious growth and service objectives (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interpreting and understanding financial statements (preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash management products, services, and client implementation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through proactive interaction.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial statements, recognizing issues, and providing effective solutions.
• Experience in crafting customized sales proposals and strategic decision-making to fulfill client objectives.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
• This position qualifies for incentive compensation, which may encompass production bonuses, commissions, and/or discretionary incentives.
