Skin Therapist Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service by offering skincare recommendations and product suggestions.

• Act as the main point of contact for Professional Skin Therapists via Live Chat and Email.

• Contribute to Dermalogica's educational programs.

• Assist in the execution of Dermalogica consumer and professional initiatives.

• Identify, record, and escalate trends in customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current Skin Therapist license with a minimum of one year of practical professional experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of Dermalogica products, treatments, and skincare advice.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office software.

• Previous experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems is preferred.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer skincare advice across various communication platforms.
