Site Reliability Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Create cloud-native solutions and frameworks that are highly adaptable.

• Enable stakeholders and minimize repetitive tasks through self-service pipelines.

• Guide your team in addressing intricate technical challenges, advanced cloud infrastructure issues, and complex coding tasks.

• Exemplify methodical and systematic execution of tasks for your team.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and reporting.

• Serve as a liaison to other teams, establishing common ground and defining clear agreements.

• Propel projects to adhere to timelines.

• Conduct code reviews with a focus on rigor and adherence to best practices.

• Implement continuous process improvement methodologies throughout the operation.

• Automate all processes. You will ensure that everything is Infrastructure as Code (IAC), allowing your team’s infrastructure to be rebuilt from scratch without depending on manual configurations or the Azure/AWS Portal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Leadership in the design of application and/or infrastructure migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with and leading technology resources to address complex business requirements.

• Experience in cloud architecture design and implementation to fulfill essential business needs and achieve team objectives.

• Proficiency with Terraform and GitHub Actions.
