Senior Security Engineer, Content Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist security experts and developers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly in areas such as requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, verification, and maintenance of the DevSecOps Environment.

• Integrate security into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps pipelines.

• Develop new hands-on lessons and educational content.

• Create tools that facilitate quicker and easier releases of new content.

• Maintain and update existing courses, lessons, and challenges.

• Actively seek opportunities to scale, optimize, and enhance business processes.

• Ensure that final outputs meet the organization's quality standards.

• Provide support to professionals by being accessible through support forums.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in application security or product security positions.

• Eagerness to engage with leading-edge product security technologies, including DevSecOps, Cloud Native Technologies, and Zero Trust networks.

• Strong grasp of application security concepts and tools.

• A commitment to enhancing the landscape of Application Security (AppSec) and DevSecOps globally.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Go.

• Capability to produce detailed technical documentation and create presentations.

• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and willingness to take on further responsibilities.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote team setting.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
