Site Reliability Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee numerous AWS accounts utilizing tools such as AWS Control Tower and Terraform.

• You will implement and troubleshoot cloud stacks, instructing teams on new cloud initiatives while ensuring the security of the cloud infrastructure.

• As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will determine the most effective cloud-based solutions for our internal users and sustain cloud infrastructures in accordance with industry best practices and company security standards.

• This role requires being on call 24/7, following a rotation schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux/UNIX systems administration.

• At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• More than 2 years of experience in scripting using Python, Ruby, Bash, or Go.

• Proven experience in provisioning public cloud resources through frameworks like CloudFormation and Terraform.

• Strong background in server configuration using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt.

• Familiarity with Git in a collaborative environment, including activities such as merge requests, branching, pushing, and pulling.
