Site Reliability Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Employing configuration management tools to securely and effectively deploy virtual infrastructure and software updates.

• Creating tools and scripts utilizing shell, Python, and YAML languages to automate infrastructure creation.

• Developing monitoring solutions utilizing Prometheus metrics and crafting Grafana dashboards.

• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and assist in product development initiatives.

• Managing various configuration management tools including Ansible, Chef, and SaltStack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

• Have over 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering with large-scale distributed systems.

• Demonstrate proficiency in programming within Linux environments, including Python and shell scripting.

• Have experience and knowledge of networking technologies such as routing, firewalls, and DNS.

• Familiarity with open-source monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

• Experience with configuration management tools such as SaltStack, Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
