Site Payment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing the complete investigator/site payment process from start to finish.

• Act as the main point of contact for business partners, study teams, and other stakeholders regarding inquiries and issues related to Clinical trial payments.

• Develop and maintain the PO Estimator (POE) calculation.

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and closure of purchase orders (POs).

• Create, manage, and finalize site-specific purchase requisitions within local systems.

• Produce timely reports on subject visit completions and input data into the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

• Process payments through CTMS as applicable, and enter invoices into CTMS upon receipt for ad-hoc payment processing.

• Generate and dispatch payment notifications and reminders to sites and study teams to ensure prompt payments.

• Address any Requests for Invoice (RFI) and discrepancies swiftly to prevent business disruptions.

• Respond to inquiries, questions, and resolve issues with sites and study teams promptly.

• Correct any failed payments as necessary for purchase requisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or business field.

• Proficient in oral and written communication in English at an advanced level.

• 1-3 years of experience and/or equivalent skills in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.

• Prior experience with clinical payment processes and systems is advantageous.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with PCs, including at least basic knowledge of the MS Office suite.

• Must exhibit an innovative mindset and the capability to complete significant tasks with minimal supervision.
