📋 Description

• Transform raw video footage into refined short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Incorporate captions, graphics, sound effects, and music to boost viewer retention.

• Ensure quick turnaround times — edits completed within 24–48 hours from the delivery of footage.

• Consistently apply NoGigiddy's visual style guide across all produced content.

• Collaborate with creators and the social media team on project briefs and feedback.

• Adapt longer content into several short clips suitable for cross-platform sharing.

• Stay updated on editing trends, including hook structures, caption styles, and pacing.

• A formal degree is not necessary.

• A robust portfolio showcasing short-form video editing — please provide 3–5 examples.

• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.

• Ability to work quickly and with attention to detail — quality is crucial, even under tight deadlines.

• Understanding of content that performs well on TikTok and Reels in particular.

• Dependable, communicative, and open to receiving feedback.
