Creative Asset Producer – Video, Image Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with designing and modifying advertising assets to enhance performance across our diverse acquisition channels.

• Create short videos for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Ads.

• Develop static visuals for paid social campaigns, display ads, remarketing efforts, and newsletters.

• Adapt creative assets to various formats: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, including banners, stories, reels, and shorts.

• Generate creative variations based on country, brand, product category, and promotional offers.

• Edit videos incorporating product images, templates, user-generated content, text, voice-overs, or existing materials.

• Create straightforward, impactful, conversion-oriented ad concepts.

• Collaborate with teams in marketing, paid media, CRM, SEO, and e-commerce.

• Track creative performance alongside the acquisition team to enhance ad effectiveness continuously.

• Conduct creative trend monitoring on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and within the e-commerce space.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating advertising assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.

• Strong understanding of social media formats and performance marketing principles.

• Capacity to produce work swiftly, experiment with various creative approaches, and adapt content based on feedback and results.

• Good visual sensibility, including composition, typography, pacing in videos, and short-form storytelling.

• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar alternatives.

• Solid understanding of e-commerce mechanics, including promotions, best sellers, retargeting, acquisition, and conversion strategies.

• Proficiency in French and/or English is required; Spanish is a plus.
