Shopify Administration, Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of products, variants, collections, tags, inventory, metafields, and other catalog information within Shopify.

• Handle returns, refunds, cancellations, order modifications, and various customer requests efficiently.

• Deliver prompt and professional customer support.

• Investigate order discrepancies and fraud alerts, escalating or resolving issues as per established protocols.

• Establish and manage discounts, promotional pricing, price lists, and promotional activities on Shopify.

• Assist with Shopify Markets, tax configurations, shipping profiles, and other operational setups.

• Provide support for Shopify integrations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing applications.

• Execute bulk catalog updates using CSV imports/exports and Shopify's bulk editing tools.

• Support merchandising efforts and basic SEO requirements.

• Maintain process documentation, adhere to operational deadlines, provide status updates, and identify improvements in Shopify workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Shopify, ideally in support of established e-commerce brands.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Shopify Admin, covering products, orders, inventory, collections, discounts, markets, shipping, and related applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to effectively manage customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume, repetitive administrative tasks.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Confidence to ask clarifying questions, document processes, and deliver reports punctually.
