Service Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, expertly managing our service desk.

• Oversee the setup and administration of user accounts, laptops, and printers.

• Manage DNS through GoDaddy and coordinate Zendesk campaigns effectively.

• Provide support for our remote teams by facilitating meeting room technology.

• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with a variety of IT projects.

• Acquire knowledge and expertise in our in-house developed platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst is preferred.

• Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD.

• Experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for documenting your processes clearly.

• Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with non-native English speakers.

• A proactive approach with the capability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

• Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!

• Microsoft and Apple certifications are desirable.

• Possession of Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) is a plus.
