Service Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the complete lifecycle of vendor integrations

• Configure and provide support for integrations utilizing APIs and platform tools

• Establish and sustain data mappings

• Conduct testing procedures (UAT, validation, regression)

• Resolve integration-related issues

• Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain effective communication

• Collect and document both business and technical requirements

• Keep integration documentation updated

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in integrations, business analysis, or a related field

• Proficiency with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)

• Familiarity with tools such as Postman

• Fundamental knowledge of SQL

• Background in testing methodologies (UAT, validation)

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Preferred experience in vendor management

• Experience in the mortgage industry or with Loan Operating Systems (LOS) is an advantage
