Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative features for our clients as part of a Cross-Functional Team.

• Engage in a distinctive project aimed at migrating 1.1 million lines of code from Ember to React.

• Make a significant impact by proposing and leading enhancements.

• Play a crucial role in collaboration with Product, Design, and other technology stacks.

• Embrace an AI-first approach: utilize AI as an integral part of your exploration of the codebase, the drafting of technical designs, solution prototyping, and expediting delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in frontend engineering: you possess a minimum of three years of professional experience with React.JS or Ember.JS, in addition to HTML and CSS.

• Detail-oriented: you pursue excellence in every facet of your work.

• Effective communication skills: you articulate your ideas clearly, organized, concisely, and accurately.

• Proficiency in AI and sound judgment: you can harness AI to enhance speed while maintaining a critical perspective, validating outputs, and ensuring the product’s reliability and user trust.
