Senior Zuora Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and manage Zuora Billing, which includes the product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing, taxation, payments, and associated workflows.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to enhance and streamline the SaaS subscription and order-to-revenue lifecycle.

• Facilitate the complete order-to-revenue processes by diagnosing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions.

• Develop and sustain Zuora workflows, notifications, custom fields, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations, inclusive of data migration tasks.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure that system modifications adhere to best practices, compliance regulations, and internal governance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, with direct collaboration with Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Engineering teams.

• Between 6 months to over a year of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Zuora Billing within a production environment.

• Familiarity with Zuora Orders and the Orders API.

• Proficient in creating solution documents, proof of concepts, and analyzing problems.

• Excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize tasks while acquiring new technological skills.
