Senior Workday Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM.

• Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and design impactful AI and automation use cases within Workday that enhance processes, improve employee experiences, and reduce repetitive manual tasks.

• Support and refine HR business processes through meticulous system configuration, automation, and ongoing improvement.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and convert new capabilities into actionable business opportunities (e.g., Claude Cowork, Moveworks, Frontier AI).

• Enhance operational efficiency through automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision-making utilizing Workday reporting and analytics tools such as Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.

• Create and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics to facilitate strategic HR decision-making.

• Offer guidance and technical expertise on Workday capabilities, reporting, analytics, and solution architecture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in HR Technology, with extensive knowledge in hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture.

• Strong comprehension of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes.

• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience in supporting or facilitating AI initiatives within Workday or enterprise HR systems.

• Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working alongside HR and technical teams.

• Analytical mindset with a strong inclination towards innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
