Senior Web Analyst – Adobe Analytics, Journey Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead expert in Adobe Analytics for sandisk.com, responsible for the structure of Analysis Workspace, variable strategy, and data usability.

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable dashboards and workspace initiatives, ranging from executive summaries to in-depth exploratory analyses.

• Establish and document a clear and consistent variable taxonomy that facilitates dependable self-service reporting.

• Act as a mentor and enablement partner for a select group of internal Analytics power users.

• Take ownership of the quality and advancement of both the Adobe Analytics and Amplitude Growth Analytics implementations.

• Collaborate with IT and development teams to draft comprehensive measurement requirements.

• Perform advanced clickstream, pathing, and flow analysis.

• Work alongside Web Strategy, UX, and eCommerce teams to leverage Amplitude Growth Analytics for journey analysis, behavioral segmentation, and hypothesis-driven exploration.

• Function as the senior analytics subject-matter expert for sandisk.com, establishing standards and guiding analytical decision-making.

• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations in English to stakeholders in the US and around the globe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in digital or web analytics positions.

• Profound expertise in Adobe Analytics and Analysis Workspace.

• Strong familiarity with Adobe Launch or a comparable tag management system.

• Experience in drafting analytics requirements for IT teams.

• Knowledge of browser-based tracking and tag management.

• Proficient in clickstream and behavioral data analysis.

• Acquaintance with Google Search Console.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English, with experience in presenting insights to stakeholders in the US.
