• Take ownership of the complete video production process.

• Establish and uphold remote production standards.

• Mentor on-camera talent for optimal performance.

• Manage our YouTube channel effectively.

• Evaluate and analyze channel performance metrics.

• Organize and execute quarterly production sprints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in video production.

• Proficient editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.

• In-depth knowledge of YouTube and its platform.

• Experience in creating short-form content and applying systems thinking.

• Native-level proficiency in English.
