Senior Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform brand narratives into engaging, high-quality video content that educates, entertains, and inspires the community.

• Produce a steady stream of high-quality final video assets for social media platforms and the company website.

• Ensure that video resources comply with both technical and creative standards while aligning with brand identity.

• Edit new campaign videos using a creative and innovative approach.

• Resolve technical problems related to video files or software and craft compelling narratives within footage constraints.

• Actively seek feedback from the Creative Lead and stakeholders to ensure edits align with the overall creative vision.

• Organize, label, and archive project files within the video asset library.

• Review and provide constructive critiques on the work produced by team editors.

• Support editors in overcoming creative obstacles, technical challenges, and the feedback process.

• Report directly to the Post Production Producer and contribute towards the Video team’s business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional post-production skills that encompass editing, rhythm, pacing, storytelling, sound editing and mixing, as well as color correction.

• Advanced expertise in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

• Capability to produce engaging, polished content and develop innovative creative treatments.

• Skill in experimenting with music and sound combinations to achieve the desired emotional effect.

• Motion Design skills are considered an asset.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects, prioritizing based on business urgency, and meeting project deadlines.

• Ability to identify technical limitations and proactively communicate any training or support requirements.

• Competence in utilizing video performance data to guide editing decisions and enhance continuous improvement.

• Strong skills in feedback, collaboration, and sharing workflows with the team.
