This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Edit at least 6 videos weekly for performance marketing purposes.

• Utilize a content library with over 40,000 clips for the editing process.

• Collaborate effectively with a sound engineer and the creative strategy team.

• Employ AI tools for creating voiceovers and hooks.

• Uphold high-quality standards while working under tight deadlines.

• Deliver 6 approved videos each week.

• Proficiency in both short and long-form performance advertisements (ranging from 40 seconds to 3 minutes).

• Skill in crafting engaging hooks that capture and maintain viewer interest.

• Expertise in video editing software.

• Experience working within tight feedback loops and delivering quick turnaround times.

• Capability to implement technical adjustments during the revision process.
