• Establish trust with account executives and function as a strategic ally to enhance sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain expert-level understanding of competitor offerings (pricing, features, strengths/weaknesses) and assist in formulating strategies to mitigate competitive threats.
• Regularly engage with clients and prospects to offer thought leadership, market insights, and best practices in fraud prevention and identity management.
• Collaborate with sales teams on strategic account planning; aid in high-value sales meetings, discovery sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct thorough discovery to comprehend intricate customer workflows, risk challenges, and identity requirements; suggest how LexisNexis solutions can enhance results.
• Deliver compelling presentations—articulating analytics, risk insights, and solution value to senior-level decision-makers.
• Represent the sales organization during internal product planning, influencing enhancements based on market feedback.
• Create and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance solution knowledge and sales performance; assess training outcomes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Promote collaboration across product development, analytics, and client engagement to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are maximized.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required; degrees in Communications or Psychology are preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management or business development with complex B2B integrated solutions.
• More than 5 years of experience in sales, training, or marketing.
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience within or in close collaboration with insurance companies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly when addressing clients and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to forge strong relationships and collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent time management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
