Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of intricate, multi-surface user experiences from initial concept through to final execution

• Propel the experience strategy by balancing user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations

• Collaborate extensively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to define the product vision and roadmap

• Plan and implement user research and usability assessments to guide design decisions

• Own and enhance design systems, patterns, and experience frameworks

• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to UX/UI Designers, elevating design quality across the team

• Persuade stakeholders through effective storytelling, data presentation, and design rationale

• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance design processes, workflows, and collaboration across teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design

• Robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership, strategic insight, and impact

• Advanced proficiency in contemporary design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)

• Comprehensive understanding of interaction design, visual design systems, accessibility, and usability

• Demonstrated experience in influencing product decisions and collaborating with senior stakeholders

• Experience in designing enterprise, SaaS, or complex digital products is preferred
