Senior UX Designer, Cyber Asset Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete UX design process, encompassing discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery.

• Design solutions for cybersecurity and related use cases, including vulnerability management, risk & compliance, asset visibility, and permissions.

• Convert intricate data models and analytical dashboards into user-friendly journeys.

• Conduct and synthesize user research through interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping, utilizing tools such as Dovetail.

• Utilize Pendo usage data and analytics to guide data-informed design decisions.

• Create design flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma while collaborating in Miro.

• Contribute to and enhance the design system, ensuring uniformity across teams.

• Employ AI tools to enhance UX workflows, including research clustering, ideation, prototyping, and UX writing, while critically assessing the outputs.

• Design AI-driven experiences with a focus on trust, transparency, and explainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Senior UX Designer or Senior Product Designer in the B2B SaaS sector.

• Background in designing cybersecurity or security-related products, including vulnerability management, compliance, risk posture, asset discovery, and identity & access.

• Demonstrated experience with complex workflows and data-intensive interfaces.

• Proven experience in designing multi-tenant platforms and managing role-based access and permissions.

• Strong proficiency in Figma (a must) and design systems.

• Solid foundation in user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Familiarity with tools like Pendo, Dovetail, or other research and analytics platforms.

• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teams.

• Experience incorporating AI tools into UX workflows.
