Senior UI UX Designer, 5+ years

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• An AI-focused designer responsible for developing functional prototypes using Claude / Bolt.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements, making layout adjustments based on user feedback.

• Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

• Create graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, as well as develop page navigation buttons and search fields.

• Generate UI mockups and prototypes that effectively demonstrate the functionality and appearance of websites.

• Produce original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables.

• Prepare and present initial drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness challenges.

• Conduct UX research, both primary and secondary, to gain insights into usability and user preferences.

• Promote a user-centered perspective in all product and design discussions to foster user-centric decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing exceptional web and mobile applications.

• Proficient in technologies and software such as Figma, at least one wireframe tool, Design Systems, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Candidates with a strong online portfolio will be prioritized.

• Ability to comprehend business challenges, pinpoint key issues, formalize problems, and prototype effective solutions.

• A degree in Design or a related field from a prestigious institution is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to convey ideas to diverse stakeholders.

• Proven track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results effectively.
