This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Focus on ensuring operational alignment while driving ongoing process improvements supported by thorough documentation.
• Assist employees through a ticketing system in Service Now, alongside weekly training and Slack communication.
• Measure time and effort efficiencies from existing systems to validate and define pilots for automation and AI integration, collaborating across platforms to achieve CAO objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends to suggest strategic enhancements that improve user experience, promote internal adoption, and provide cost efficiencies for Docusign.
• Oversee travel sustainability and budget reporting in accordance with company objectives.
• Identify systemic friction and bottlenecks in manual processes, leading impactful automation initiatives.
• Manage and refine complex month-end reconciliation processes, particularly for large-scale corporate travel card programs (increasing from 4 to 18+ active cards), ensuring global compliance and multi-currency precision.
• Actively incorporate AI tools into daily tasks (e.g., drafting communications, summarizing meetings, analyzing data) to function as a virtual assistant and uncover additional AI-driven and automation productivity opportunities.
• Establish organizational mastery as part of team standards.
• Exhibit Unity and Collaboration by working with FP&A, Accounting, and technical experts to synchronize reporting features with budget tracking and strategic requirements.
• Over 6 years of Travel & Expense expertise in data analytics, reporting, workforce management, Corporate Card reconciliation, and travel technology innovation.
• Proven experience in process re-engineering and reducing systemic friction.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel (including pivot tables and macros), and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau).
• Capability to interpret complex data and present it through effective visualizations.
• Familiarity with data automation tools such as Alteryx.
• Knowledge of process mapping and optimization strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
