This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Take charge of assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and serve as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite clients.
• Conduct threat hunting, analyze dark web data, and research customized threat intelligence for CAO Elite clients according to their unique requirements and environments.
• Prepare and present customer briefings related to intelligence reports, dark web notifications, and threat hunting discoveries on a regular basis.
• Address customer inquiries related to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web surveillance.
• Over 5 years of experience in at least two of the following domains: Incident response or security operations, Threat hunting, Cyber Threat intelligence, Dark web monitoring.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to convey both executive-level and detailed findings to clients; proficiency in effectively communicating tasks, guidance, and methodologies to internal teams.
• Presentation skills: experience in presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.
• Incident Handling: experience in conducting threat hunting or managing incident responses for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as Advanced Persistent Threats, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.
• Intelligence Tradecraft: understanding of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies.
• Preferred: Familiarity with contemporary scripting languages.
• Knowledge of LogScale/CrowdStrike Query Language (CQL).
• Understanding of application programming interfaces (API).
