Private Equity Intelligence Analyst – Part-time, Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Profile and evaluate companies by gathering and analyzing their financial information, while preparing summaries of the business, market, ownership, and M&A history.

• Create comprehensive perspectives on platform and add-on deal opportunities for top private equity clients throughout Europe, utilizing our technology to enhance your insights.

• Contribute to research initiatives and gain knowledge about specific niche sectors that we examine weekly.

• Assist with various research projects and additional tasks (e.g., long lists).

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a Master’s student or a third-year Bachelor’s student with internship experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.

• You have consistently attained outstanding academic performance at a prestigious university in economics, business, or a quantitative discipline.

• You exhibit a strong passion for finance and appreciate world-class investment research and thorough analysis.

• You are a native French speaker and proficient in English.

• You are available for a minimum of 2.5 days per week for 80 working days (working-student role) or for a duration of 4–6 months (full-time internship).

• You possess a solid understanding of the three financial statements and their interrelations.
