This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead the downstream strategy and execution of U.S. marketing and VTE education initiatives within a designated region.
• Serve as a vital member of the sales and carepath solutions team, collaborating closely with sales management and the sales force.
• Link carepath initiatives to physician and administrative clients throughout the care path.
• Independently establish and manage cross-functional coalitions, both within the organization and externally.
• Oversee a broad (often multi-state) geography to enhance VTE care path optimization programs and identify as well as develop resources.
• Ensure that programs deliver significant value to physician customers, local/regional societies, and local sales teams.
• Act as a regional and trusted expert in VTE care path, advancing VTE program solutions across the regional teams you support.
• Assess gaps in the current care path and formulate and implement educational and clinical care path solutions.
• Identify and nurture care path Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of experience in managing or facilitating program development, quality initiatives, and LEAN Sigma engagements in the hospital or medical device sector, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience.
• Preferred qualifications include an MBA or BSN/RN or APP with experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator and/or experience in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or related fields.
• Experience in Program Development, Clinical Quality Improvement, or Solutions Sales with a focus on developing and executing strategic customer initiatives.
• Strong program management skills, particularly in LEAN Sigma, along with a robust clinical background.
• A strong team player capable of incorporating input from others and generating consensus through inclusion.
• Must excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to articulate concerns and raise questions when necessary, and take action when issues arise.
• A detail-oriented and inventive thinker who exhibits intellectual curiosity.
• Demonstrated sound decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to meet tight deadlines amid competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills suitable for various audiences, including internal sales, strategic accounts, marketing partners, and external physician and administrative leaders at the Director/C-suite level.
