This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement thorough technical interviews and assessments for senior-level Golang development roles, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Design and consistently refine advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to align with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Golang development.
• Work closely with HR and development teams to grasp complex role requirements, preferred skills, and team dynamics, customizing assessments as needed.
• Offer detailed, actionable feedback and suggestions to the hiring team, significantly influencing hiring decisions.
• Keep updated on the latest advancements in Golang technologies, tools, and practices to ensure that assessments are current and pertinent.
• Lead in-depth technical workshops or discussions to assess candidates' practical skills in a collaborative setting.
• Guide and train junior technical assessors and interviewers, providing insights on best practices and interviewing strategies.
• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in software development roles, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Golang development.
• In-depth knowledge of Golang, Go frameworks (such as Gin and Echo), and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in concurrent programming, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (like Docker and Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with database technologies (including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB) and caching solutions (such as Redis and Memcached).
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to assess complex technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of providing constructive feedback and mentoring others.
• Significant experience in crafting advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.
• Current knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in Golang development.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
