Senior Technical Architect – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to the client.

• Identify and spearhead internal strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the consulting practice, contributing actively to the community's overall knowledge base and expertise.

• Assist customers and colleagues in rationalizing and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business value.

• Collaborate effectively with strong communication skills, particularly in teaching complex concepts and applying creative, prescriptive thinking.

• Recognize and proactively manage risk areas, committing to resolve issues completely.

• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex challenges with both customers and third-party partners.

• Review and amend project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to ensure programs remain on track and solutions are extendable and maintainable in the future.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to design technology solutions that meet client requirements.

• Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies regarding enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting.

• More than 4 years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.

• Robust application design skills coupled with strong data, integration, and security architecture capabilities.

• Experience within the Life Sciences industry, especially in Pharma/Biopharma.

• Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively presenting and defending viewpoints to diverse audiences.

• Detail-oriented individual with the capacity to quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively create materials suitable for the audience.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.

• Extensive experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
