This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Assist in the design, configuration, development, and continuous enhancement of the Windchill PLM platform.
• Convert approved business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Aid in system improvements, integrations, and validation activities under the direction of senior architects.
• Contribute to project execution, system reliability, and ongoing enhancement while ensuring adherence to standards.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and other stakeholders to facilitate implementations.
• Engage in requirements collection, functional design, configuration, development, and assist with validation documentation.
• 3-7 years of experience in supporting PLM, QMS, or other GxP-regulated enterprise systems.
• Direct experience with PTC Windchill is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Windchill Bulk Migrator and other data migration tools is strongly preferred.
• Experience with validation activities and change management in regulated systems.
• Experience in supporting systems within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of systems like MasterControl, Veeva, TrackWise, or ERP integrations is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windchill PLM configuration and customization within a regulated environment.
• Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, change control, and system validation principles.
• Ability to engage in requirements gathering sessions and effectively document results and action items.
• Strong analytical capabilities to comprehend and document business and system processes.
• Experience in updating project and validation documentation with a focus on detail and traceability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Development expertise in Java/J2EE, HTML, JSON, REST API, XML, and other Web 2.0 technologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis (queries, validation, data review).
