Senior Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical advisor facilitating digital transformation (DX) for key enterprise clients.

• Drive projects towards success by utilizing advanced technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

• Comprehend client strategies and propel projects forward with exceptional technical proficiency.

• Design comprehensive system architecture, including external integrations, authentication, security, large-scale data processing, and mobile applications.

• Develop prototypes and perform technical validations for intricate requirements.

• Produce development guidelines and create frameworks to manage and enhance development and operational processes (e.g., CI/CD).

• Address critical technical challenges and review significant project deliverables to ensure superior quality.

• Collaborate with global product development teams and architects to tackle complex customer issues using industry best practices.

• Mentor, support, and nurture team members while actively contributing to the Trailblazer community.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 12 years of experience in enterprise system development, CRM implementation, or IT consulting.

• Approximately 5 years of experience showcasing leadership as an architect, technical leader, or project lead.

• Strong understanding of general web application development (e.g., Java-based environments) and data modeling.

• Capability to execute technical tasks directly (e.g., configuring cloud services, verifying operations, writing code/scripts).

• A proactive approach to leading complex projects, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding customer communication and facilitation skills.

• Specialized expertise in system integration, SSO, large data volume (LDV), and DevOps/Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).

• Knowledge of various Salesforce solutions or experience with large-scale CRM projects.

• Business-level proficiency in English for effective global collaboration.

• Salesforce official certifications are advantageous.
