Senior Technical Alliances Lead, Security – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global technical strategy for Veeam’s strategic security and AI ecosystem partnerships.

• Convert alliance strategies into actionable technical plans, priorities, and implementation in collaboration with alliance leadership.

• Establish and verify integrations, APIs, interoperability, reference architectures, validated designs, and solution blueprints.

• Detect technical gaps and dependencies, coordinating partner and customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

• Act as Veeam's representative with partner technical stakeholders, supporting strategic customer and partner initiatives.

• Create technical briefs, diagrams, guidance documents, demos, and validation materials.

• Educate and empower internal and partner field teams on deployment considerations and joint solution strategies.

• Oversee technical milestones, encompassing validations, integrations, enablement readiness, and field adoption.

• Collaborate across functions including product, engineering, alliances, sales, marketing, and field teams.

• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Technology Alliances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, data protection, security, cloud, and/or solution-oriented technical positions.

• In-depth knowledge of backup and recovery, cyber resilience, security architecture, and contemporary enterprise infrastructure.

• Demonstrated experience in alliances or partnerships, translating business objectives into technical architectures and collaborative solutions.

• Proven ability to engage with partner product teams, architects, engineers, and technical executives.

• Experience in developing reference architectures, validated designs, integration blueprints, and technical go-to-market materials.

• Strong integration capabilities across APIs, platform integrations, and interoperability within infrastructure, security, and cloud ecosystems.

• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence in a matrixed organization.

• Ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution.

• Bonus: Experience with enterprise security platforms, cyber recovery architectures, DSPM, identity protection, AI infrastructure, and related security technologies.

• Bonus: Experience with security vendors, cloud providers, infrastructure suppliers, and AI technology partners.
