
Senior Tech Lead – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Lead a team of software engineers, offering technical guidance and mentorship.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable systems.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish and uphold engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Perform code reviews, encourage knowledge sharing, and cultivate a robust engineering culture.
• Recognize technical risks and bottlenecks, and proactively suggest solutions.
• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in .NET.
• Familiarity with Azure.
• Experience in React and Next.js.
• Knowledge of scalable system architecture and microservices.
• Comprehensive understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies.
• Ideally, prior experience in the fintech sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable operating in agile environments.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching engineers.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
