Senior Squad Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and oversee planning meetings (agile sprint ceremonies);

• Serve as the key point of contact for information regarding the project's priorities;

• Clearly outline the necessary items in the Product Backlog, assisting the business area in prioritizing elements to maximize value delivery;

• Define Product Backlog items and collaborate with the business team to achieve objectives;

• Ensure that the Product Backlog is accessible, clear, and transparent to all stakeholders within the company;

• Enhance the value of work produced by the development team, ensuring that the value derived from each delivered request is evident;

• Maintain the quality of product delivery, supporting the KPIs established for the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient experience with agile methodology:

• - Discovery techniques;

• - OKRs;

• - Writing user stories (US) in a clear and concise manner;

• - Organizing tasks and prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders;

• - Capability to facilitate rituals such as refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives;

• - Decomposing user stories and tasks into manageable units.

• Experience in a hybrid role contributing as both Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master (SM);

• Previous background as a software developer;

• Experience working in teams focused on applications and corporate portals/sites;

• Familiarity with WordPress;

• A product ownership mindset, with the independence to identify problems and propose effective solutions;

• Knowledge of at least one programming language;

• Proficiency in SQL;

• Understanding of e-commerce and billing/charging systems.
