Senior Specialist, Legal Editor – Commercial Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create legal and compliance content for commercial purposes

• Write and refine legal resources

• Assist in the editorial enhancement of Practical Law products

• Build and sustain relationships with contributors from law firms

• Write and edit articles for Practical Law’s companion magazine

• Stay updated on legal matters to ensure content remains relevant

• Foster connections with lawyers and legal professionals

• Support initiatives related to artificial intelligence

⛳️ Requirements

• At least eight years of experience as a lawyer in a law firm or as in-house counsel

• Proficiency in commercial transactional and regulatory issues

• Excellent project management capabilities

• Strong writing skills and enthusiasm for written communication

• Willingness to engage in tasks beyond writing legal resources

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

• Writing sample is mandatory for the second interview
