This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with sales representatives, partners, customers, and various internal stakeholders
• Acquiring knowledge of HubSpot products to propose enhanced solutions
• Identifying customer challenges and delivering technical value to achieve their business objectives
• Engaging in and leading projects pertinent to presales, sales, and the broader organization
• Providing coaching and mentorship to team members with less experience
• Experience in a pre-sales, technical consultant/sales position, or a similar role (3+ years)
• Proficient in spoken and written Italian, Spanish, and English
• Background in collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as interacting with external customers
• Willingness to acknowledge mistakes and view actionable feedback as a valuable opportunity for learning and growth
